All too often, disabled individuals or senior citizens are neglected in nursing homes throughout Ohio and the mid-West due to the following:

• Lack of appropriate staffing and attention;
• Failure to attend to patient needs such as basic feeding, hydration, ambulation, etc.;
• Failure to protect skin integrity and turn bed bound patients, resulting in terrible skin and muscle tissue ulcers can occur causing sepsis;
• Sepsis and infection related treatment;
• Malnutrition/Dehydration.
