Hank@Chamberlain-Law.com

Hank has over thirty years’ experience in handling nothing but plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, automobile, truck, and motorcycle accident cases and products liability injury and all types of wrongful death matters.

Over the last decade, Hank has been a Super Lawyer, which distinguishes him in the top  1% of his profession.  In 2016, Hank was named Ohio Plaintiff’s Product Liability Lawyer of the Year.  Hank has an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubble, which is the highest rating available for attorneys.

Throughout his career, Hank has served as a Trustee and Officer in many trial lawyer organizations, including but not limited to, the Ohio Association of Justice, Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, and Cleveland Marshall College of Law Alumni Association.

Hank frequently gives professional lectures to Bar Association members, Marshall Law graduates, and fellow attorneys throughout Ohio in the areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice.

Hank has been admitted to practice law in many jurisdictions throughout the United States, including the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the State of Ohio, the United States District Court, the Northern District of Ohio, United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Hank focuses his entire practice on the representation of injured individuals and representing families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others.   His practice takes him throughout the mid-West where recent cases have been prosecuted in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania to name a few.

Hank has extensive trial experience in handling complex medical malpractice matters, product liability cases, nursing home negligence cases, motor vehicle accidents of all types, including truck accidents, motorcycle, pedestrian and bicycle injuries.  Hank has litigated several dog bite cases and has, throughout his thirty years of experience, represented many individuals injured or killed through nursing home neglect.  Essentially, any way an individual who has or can be hurt or killed, Hank has handled the case.

The vast majority of Hank’s cases have been referred to him from the community.  Other attorneys refer Hank cases because they know that his work is thorough, professional and he obtains good results.  Hank does not advertise on TV or on social media.  In fact, this website is the only area where you can personally find information about him.  Throughout Hank’s entire career, he has built a successful practice based almost exclusively on attorney referrals.  Attorney referrals only happen due to hard work and becoming well known among your professional peers as a qualified and confident litigator.

Hank also has experience in Plaintiff’s product liability class actions, including breast implant litigation, Sulzer hip litigation, and L-Tryptophan.  Some of these class action lawsuits resulted in over a billion dollars recovered for the class.

Below are some organizations that Hank is passionate about and remains an active member:

  • Super Lawyers
  • Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys
  • Ohio Association of Justice
  • Cleveland Marshall College of Law
