Hank Chamberlain
Hank graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1990 and has practiced here ever since. Hank has been admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Ohio and before the United States Supreme Court. An Honorary Trustee of the Cleveland Marshall Law Alumni Association, and former President, Hank enjoys and dedicates much of his time away from his practice by giving back to his law school and the students and faculty there. He was grateful for the opportunity to serve upon the search committee that found Cleveland Marshall's newest Dean, Geoff Mearns.

Hank has also been a Trustee with the Ohio Academy of Trial Attorneys and an active member of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, Cleveland Bar Association and Cuyahoga County Bar Association. Hank has been chosen by his peers as a Barrister in the John M. Manos Inn of Courts. Hank has frequently lectured to his other attorneys and medical professionals on the areas of medical malpractice and other civil litigation matters.As for Hank's professional experience, he's very grateful to have had the opportunity as a young attorney to train under one of the best trial lawyers in the country. Hank has since taken numerous complex medical malpractice and other catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases to Court with great success. Hank has extensive experience in class action litigation, including lead responsibility for developing the medical evidence in the Sulzer Orthopedic Hip and Knee Multi-District Litigation, a 1.2 Billion dollar settlement. Hank takes great pride in being able to call himself a trial attorney and has earned a reputation as a competent and qualified trial lawyer.

 

Ryan Harrell
Joining the firm as an associate is Ryan Harrell, a 2006 graduate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Ryan has had experience clerking in the Cleveland area over the past few years and has recently participated in the document discovery process for a major class action litigation suit. Prior to his legal studies, Ryan worked for five years in the field of architecture.
